>>276 First make sure you're using Fake PKG Tools 3.87 (v4) by Cyb1k. That's the newest version around as far as I know. They're available on his Github.
Then unpack the patch only (1.02 is now online), do then edit and repack. I think the error you mention is probably "Latest QA package isn't specified... something something". But it doesn't actually stop you from building the pkg. At least not with the Cyb1k tools.
And, if you properly rename the folder with the unpacked patch to "CUSA07211-patch" and use "gengp4_patch.exe", it will even automatically fill the line you want, I believe.
