- httpからhttpsにリダイレクトするとなぜかhttpsでもhttpsに無限リダイレクトされる

http2 http1.1 IPv4,IPv6どれも変わらず
httpの設定でreturn行を無効化してrestartすればhttps側のリダイレクトも止まるんだけどなんでこんなことが起きるの？
