うーん、このままでは section タイトル内に書くとエラーが出るね。
SIunits の定義するコマンドが fragile なので、\section 内で
\let\minute\jsminute のように退避した定義を元に戻すときに
\minute が SIunite のものに展開されてしまう。これを避けるには
次のようにする。jsclasses は関係ないので、namespaceは js ではなく
pl とした。(pLaTeX の pl)
