Open Watcom 1.0beta入れてみたけど 'ied.cfg' が無いといわれてIDEが使えない…。 コマンドライン・コンパイラでcharacter-modeの実行形式はコンパイルできた。 -zk0 オプションを付ければ日本語(Shift-JIS)も通るみたい。 なにげにリンカが日本語メッセージ出してるし、結構いけそう。
