- Windows10 Home で、RubyInstallers の、7-Zip Archives の所からダウンロードした、
Ruby 2.4(x64) ポータブル版、The MSYS2 DevKit 無しで、
Nokogiri をインストールしたら、
コンパイル無しで、Windows用のバイナリgem がインストールできたのか？w
The MSYS2 DevKit は、インストールしていないけど
