それはどうやらclrでは使えないらしい。

とはいえ無理矢理やってみた。警告は出るがコンパイルは通る。
結果は、どこに置いても、Debug/Releaseでも、常に 0x9001f が読み出される。
ただし、これは上記の仕様からして、当てにならない。
