Last year, Mr. Paul Graham's "On Lisp" was translated by Mr. Noda, and published from Ohmsha publishing co ltd. And last month, Mr. Peter Seibel's "Practical Common Lisp"was translated and published from Ohmsha, too. These books are aquiring a lot of new programmers to Lisp community. But, because of long time no publishment about common lisp, especially in Japan, there are no good reference, except above two books. Now People are demanding Japanese translation of Hyperspec, for learning. These demands push me to decide translation of it for this community. In this community, I have speaked about my plan about translation of HyperSpec, some people had suggested me that HyperSpec is copyrighted by you, Lispworks. So I mailed you about possibility about your autorization of translation it. I am willing to accept your suggestion about copyrights, because of my small knowledge about it, especially in USA. I hope your acception of my plan.
