コマンドプロンプトにてそのコマンドを入力したところ
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC>cl test.c

c1 : fatal error C1083: ソース ファイルを開けません。'test.c': No such file or directory
という表示が出ました．
やはりだめみたいです・・・
