静的なファイルなのなら、コマンドラインからerbやerubyコマンドに渡せばいい
スクリプトで動的に生成されたものにエラーがあるという話なのならちょっと違う

<title>てすと</title>

~$ erb test.rhtml
(erb):2: uninitialized constant World (NameError)
~$ cat test.rhtml
