XP に TortoiseHG 入れて UTF-8 な日本語ファイル名を使いたくて hg-fixutf8 とか入れてみたんだけど、 右クリックメニューからファイルを追加しようとするとウィンドウが凍りつく。 そのまま強制で閉じてみたら 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0x8e in position 12: unexprected code byte とかいう感じのエラーが表示される。
