Basically It's good to suggest someting to her, I think. At the moment, she (or maybe GyaO also) needs ideas.
Copyrights problems are much easier to handle for the broadcasters. Especially TV broadcasters have to do almost nothing without writing few documents and desk works after the programs. GyaO is not TV campany though, they must have same kind of plannnings a lot inside. And must be familier to that treatment, I think.
But I still have other two objections against your idea...
One is that Sailor Moon is not so populur among Japanese ourselves recently. Of course when it started, it caused much movement in Japan. But you should remember most of Magibon's funs are supposed to be young male and Japanese Sailor Moon's funs are mostly elder female not using GyaO so much.
There must be a time-lag of the movement between Japan and US. Sure some of us (elder guys) are still fond of Sailor Moon maybe.. But they are not easy to say "Great! Sailor Moon! I like this!" ＾＾; And it seems that Sailor Moon has loved in the long term much more in the States than in Japan.
Sure Magibon doesn't need wear bikini on GyaO except she wants to do. Ram chan was waering the ordinary sailor suits in school. It must be good cos-ple when Magibon wear the pretty sailor suits like Lia Deazon has done before. Or kind of maid suits and maybe Aska in Evangelion also match well with her, I think. Magibon must have so many choices in addition to Sailor Moon.
One more thing is that cos-ple is very hard to select the characters, which really match with her and with recent Japanese atmospheres too. Moreover it may happen the problems when it comes to public open at the site like YouTube or later imitations. If she wants it to be open someday, then she has not to be looked like well
You know Shoko-tan, Shoko Nakagawa ? Now she is known as Otaku Princess, and she IS Japanese otaku herself. She knows a lot and is trying anything harder everyday, which others can't catch up or even understand. If Magibon tries to chase her, then so much effort more than ever must be needed.
I'll advise Magibon not to be particular so much in cos-ple. I'd rather recommend her to take a leaf from Shoko-tan's book. With respects and possibly notice says so. The best way is making friends with her. ＾＾
The reason why I make magibon keep away from cos-ple is that it's attractive only for the people in real meeting, face to face, I think. So it's usually played in special events.
If you people see the cos-player on the CRT or photos, you may take it weird or too nerdish when you didn't get used to that player. In that reasen, the photos of cos-players are tend to be sexul posing or need much body exposing.
We should put Magibon in the way of Japanese authentic idol, not niche one, somehow. Now I found out that the idea has someting to do with Ram chan, I mentioned.

MORE than two thirds of Japanese people do not support their country's whaling in the Southern Ocean, a survey reveals.
And 87 per cent of the Japanese population were surprised to learn their tax money was being used to subsidise the increasingly-unpopular whaling operation.
The survey, commissioned by Greenpeace, found that while 31 per cent of people backed whaling, 25 per cent opposed it and 44 per cent had no opinion on the issue.

The figures were more stark when it came to whaling on the "high seas", as opposed to coastal whaling, which is viewed with nostalgia by many Japanese.
More than 70 per cent of the Japanese surveyed disagreed with high seas whaling.

Greenpeace Australia whale campaigner Rob Nicoll said the results of the survey differed markedly from those in a recent poll by a Japanese newspaper.

My policy is that we must share a lot just as one of Magibon's funs. Even a doodling thread. ＾▽＾ You can't change others, and of course you can't exclude them. Accept as they are, and try to make ourselves more happy. Share the better things and nice feelings each other. Coz we funs are very minority in the society at present for sure.
