Just one suggestion - perhaps add a "BY-ND-T" option, where derivative works are not allowed but translations are allowed. Technically a translation is also a derivative work. But a translation is necessary if the work is to get any significant appreciation outside Japan.
I can understand why a producer could want to ban other derivative works (like fandubs or PVs). I think they should have the option to allow translations and ban all other derivative works.
