置換したい範囲を選択して、
「Find & Replace」（検索と置換） メニューより、「More Options」 をクリック。
「Current selection only」（選択範囲のみ対象） と 「Regular expressions」（正規表現） にチェック。
「Search for」 に 「.*」、「Replace with」 に 「<&」 と入力して
「Replace All」（全置換） を実行すべし。
