に、以下を記述すれば今のところブロックできてる模様
127.0.0.1 localhost get.daum.net potplayer.daum.net tvpot.daum.net www.arin.net
Wireshark （Portable版あり） で通信確かめたわけじゃないから、確証はないが
PFWでブロックがとりあえず無難
