- when changing the storage directory from a private window, there is now a clear message explaining that this change is not permanent plus a link to make it persistent. - solved the issue where windows opened with Firefox settings to "open in a new tab" unchecked lead to a situation were clicking on the VDH icon did not open the panel. - added an opt-out parameter to display a small triangle in the VDH icon to show that it will deploy when clicked - fixed some conversion presets like MP4 - improved handling conversion extra parameters - on linux ffmpeg can be used if avconv not available
