The solution i found for this type of problems is to put the quarantine folders (e.g.:C:\WINDOWS\Temp|_avast5_ for avast,
c:\Documents and Settings\Avira\temp].. or something like that for avira antivir ) in "add new exclusion" type file or folders from immunet.
and to add the immunet quarantine folder (C:\Program Files\Immunet Protect\Quarantine) to exclusion in other anti-viruses.
