そんなに難しくないと思うよ。以下、不親切ガイド。
sudo mythtv-setup で、ビデオソースを全て削除。
mc2xml.110mb.com/から、mc2xmlをインストール
mc2xml -c jp -g あなたの郵便番号 -U で、
適切な番号 を選択。(ここまでは、winでやるほうが楽かも)
で、できたxmltv.xml を眺めて、 mc2xml.chl を編集,
その後、また mc2xml -c jp -g あなたの郵便番号 -U
(このあたりで、xmltv.xml をみてみる)
mythfilldatabase --refresh-all --file 1 ./xmltv.xml
sudo crontab -e
分 時 * * * user /home/ほげ/mc2xml/update.sh
/home/ほげ/mc2xml/update.sh

cd ~/mc2xml
if ~/mc2xml/mc2xml ; then
mythfilldatabase --refresh-all --file 1 ./xmltv.xml
