stressをインストールして試してみた。CPUがデュアルコアなので各コアの負荷が100％になるようにしてみた。
[root@localhost stress-1.0.0]# uptime; cat /proc/uptime; stress -c 2 -t 60; cat /proc/uptime

稼働時間の方はちゃんと60秒分増えているけれど、2個目の値は変わらず・・・。
