Remove forked internal libfaad2 copy.
The FFmpeg AAC decoder is default now and surpasses libfaad2 in all regards,
so there is no longer a reason to keep a forked library copy.
だそうです. パッチによる音声関係の改善点はffmpegでも同様に動いているはずなので
libfaad2関係は無視してdisableしてconfigureした方がいいかもしれない
パッチの方は 時間が取れた時に見直しておきます
