SDKとすり合わせて見ました。ほぼPT_Device.hのInitTunerと合致してますね。
ただ、//LPF Tuning Onのところから関数が終わるまで(91,11,93,13で始まるやつ)
SLEEPあるはずの場所にSLEEPが無い点がSDKと違うようです

tc_addr : S0 => 0x22, S1 => 0x26, T0 => 0x20, t1 => 0x24
tuner_addr : S0 => 0xc6, S1 => 0xc0, T0 => 0xc4 t1 => 0xc2
