KDDI has long ignored its own native spammers on its network. Now it has decided that international criminal spammers are also welcome there, and KDDI is providing bulletproof hosting for the "TaiwanMedia" spam gang [SBL35874 210.249.74.112/28], closely associated with Leo Kuvayev, one of the three worst spammers on the internet today. Spamhaus considers KDDI to be intentionally supporting spammers at this point, knowingly profiting by allowing serious abusers to remain hosted on their network despite the abuse of many other networks, and despite repeated notification and reports of spam. In order to remove this listing and avoid further corporate relay IPs being listed in SBL, KDDI needs to cease hosting spammers and develop strong and enforced policies against such spam hosting from now on.
