Let's Encrypt は、
$ ./letsencrypt-auto certonly -a standalone \
-d example.com -d www.example.com \
--server https://acme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org/directory --agree-dev-preview
みたいなコマンド一発で証明書を取得・更新できるので、2ヶ月に一回ぐらいコマンドを手動で実行するか、cron で回してください、ってことらしい
