It is a mismatch count between article datafiles and index file.

So we have to call datafile REINDEX action cgi script.
Who knows it is only me in bbspink, because historical reason.
(REINDEX script name is a same of 2ch's one)
If you want to assign its job for another bbspink volunteer,
you should rename its cgi script path...
