Sony has offered to send replacement copies of the faulty disc free of charge directly to customers who purchased affected box sets. Please contact Sony at 1-888-392-7669 to arrange for a new disc to be sent to you. We hope that you'll find this resolution satisfactory. There is no need to return the original copy to Amazon.com.
