URLリンク(www.gramophone.co.uk)

Conductor Marek Janowski and the Pentatone label are releasing new recordings of the ten major Wagner operas over the next two years.
The Ring cycle, Tannhauser, Lohengrin, Tristan und Isolde, The Flying Dutchman, Parsifal and Die Meistersinger will all be recorded during
concert performances, and released by the 200th anniversary of the composer’s birth in 2013. The orchestra will be the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra,
of which Janowski is the artistic director.
First to be issued, in the autumn, will be The Flying Dutchman, featuring bass-baritone Albert Dohmen and bass Matti Salminen. Parsifal will follow by the
end of the year.
Pentatone revealed the news to Gramophone at Midem, the annual music industry conference currently taking place in Cannes. The label also announced
that conductor and pianist Mikhail Pletnev will be returning to the complete Tchaikovsky Symphonies with the Russian National Orchestra ? he had previously
recorded them for the Deutsche Grammophon label back in 1995.
