UDPのRFCでは、OSのAPIの事は、

User Interface

A user interface should allow

the creation of new receive ports,

receive operations on the receive ports that return the data octets
and an indication of source port and source address,

and an operation that allows a datagram to be sent, specifying the
data, source and destination ports and addresses to be sent.

しか規定しておらず、複数のパケットを一つにまとめてrecvするOSがあってもよい。
ただし実際そういうAPIを持つOSはいまだかつて見たことがないが。

以上のことはRFCを読んだことがある人間には常識なので、
>>344は読んだことがないのだろう。

上に書いたような意味において、>>334への返答は「あり得ません。」
この返答で正しい。
