の部分がやたら印象に残ってしまって、その手前の「If it isn't available,」の部分をしっかり読めてなかった。
リンク先の原文は BT.601 と BT.709 について平易な言葉でわかりやすく書かれてるね。

＞The advanced color space options page gives you control over the YCbCr ←→ RGB conversion.
＞The top half allows the selection between the ITU-R BT.601 and ITU-R BT.709 standards,
