Steps for pure 32-bit versions of Windows, namely Windows NT 4, 2000, XP 32-bit, and Vista 32-bit.
OK, first download this driver:

Extract the zip, and grab the file named aoxdxipl.ax and move it to your system32 folder (c:\winnt\system32 in windows nt 4/2000, c:\windows\system32 in xp/vista).
Next run the registry editor. Click start, run, then type regedit.exe and press enter. Then navigate to the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32
Make sure Drivers32 is highlighted on the left. Click on edit, new string value. Name it VIDC.AJPG then double-click it and for value put aoxdxipl.ax
