OSはVista 32bitを使っているのですが先日から調子がおかしくなりました。
パソコンを起動したら暫くして黒画面の白字で
Windows Vista

という感じでメッセージがでます。
これは何なのでしょうか？
このメッセージが出ないようにするにはどうすればいいですか？
