メンバーイニシャライザを使用したコンストラクタをクラス定義の外に分離したいんだが、
g++でコンパイルするとこのようなエラーが出る。

分離すること自体考えてはいけないのだろうか...
メンバーイニシャライザ使わなければ分離できるのに。。
