＞function　that　locates　a　character　finds　no　occurrence,　a　function　that　compares　two
＞character　sequences　returns　zero,　and　a　function　that　copies　characters　copies　zero
＞characters.

0を渡すことはできるが、その場合でもNULLはダメらしい
