環境によっては Java, C#, Python, Ruby などを使う理由にはなるが。

Another common theme among the posters was that one can get by just  
fine in C++ by ignoring the more complicated aspects of C++ and just  
focusing on the basic procedural and object oriented features of C++.  
In practice this means never touching templates and focusing on class  
and function based abstractions. I guess use of exceptions and MI  
would be optional and handled on a case by case basis. 
 
I actually don't have a problem going this route. The problem is that  
this is NOT the route that the C++ standards people are going and it  
certainly isn't the route the C++ literati/intelligentsia are going.
