753のやりたいことを考えると、サーバ上で処理させず、 
数万行のデータを手元に持ってきてjavascriptで順次表示させた方が増しな気がする。 
何行目を表示させているかも、少し離して表示させておけば、中断したときには手書きでメモれば十分だろう。 
表示開始行数は引数で与えれば再開できるし。
