In b13, we introduce new Java system properties to support the usage of version download
and Pack200 without any server side requirements.
This addresses the issue that is raised in RFE 6378311.
This increases the flexibility of deploying version download and Pack200 JARs
without using JNLPDownloadServlet on web servers.
Pack200形式のファイルをサーバに置くとき、サーブレットが要らなくなったそうな。
今まで必要だったのがおかしいっちゅう話ですね。
あと、Numbus周りの改修とプラグイン周りにたくさん改修が入ってます。
デモのSwtingSet2が新しくなってるそうです。
