Uri uri=new Uri("URLﾘﾝｸ(dictionary.yahoo.co.jp));//this is an example.

when i tried to prepare a certain uri instance containing UTF8 word as shown above like for the url property of a webbrowser insatnce to look a japanese word in the dictionary called dicotionary.yahoo.co.jp, i found it doesnt work successfully.
