ビットストリームエラーを無視するように改造されたfaadをコンパイルしてデコードしてみた。

AACストリームとして、毎フレームデータが壊れてるんだが…どうやったらこんな酷い状態になるのか…
とりあえず、原因は音声の各フレーム（2048Byte/sampleごとのヘッダビット）にあるので、これを直せばいいと思うよ。
