It was the bottom price at that time.

But you don't have to worry too much.

which reported the merger between USEN and a certain temporary staffing company.

It said that USEN formed this merger
coz they had to compress their debt with the cash of that agenct company.
The merger would be formed on 30th September. (The end of this month.)
Then it also said that the investors didn't like this merger
and USEN's stock price would be going down. (Yes, that was what it was.)
