VMware Converter 3.0.3 (Starter Edition)で物理マシンから変換しようとしてるんだが上手くいかない。
2台xpsp3があって、両方ともファイアウォールは切ってある。
pingも通るし、お互いに共有フォルダも見えてる。
そのうちの1台を仮想マシンへ変換したい。

リモートで変換しようとすると、source loginでリモートのipと名前とパス入れたとこで
Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.
てエラーになって先に進めない。
逆にローカルで変換しようとすると、destination loginで保存先のipと名前とパス入れたとこで
Managed source/destination (ESX/VC) host not found. Verify that you have a VC/ESX Server listening at that port. You can use <hostname>:<port> to connect to a host on a port other than 443.
てエラーになって先に進めない。

なんか　とてつもなく低レベルな間違いしてそうなんだけど
教えて。
