とりあえずread.phpを下のように書き換えたらみれるようになりました。

が、「Warning: preg_replace() [function.preg-replace]: Unknown modifier '/' in パス\p2\lib\read_machibbs.inc.php on line 117」
なるエラーでまくり。よくわかんね。
