100M以下のファイルを10GB前後くらい大量にだと普通に移動した方が早いし静かなときがある？ 
大きいファイルしかこのソフト向いてない？

最近の高速なHDDだとバッファサイズは250MBぐらい有ったほうがやっぱり早いね。

うちの環境だとVistaとVista SP1の違いより 
ネットワークデバイスドライバそのものの出来の影響が大きい 
SP1でエクスプローラもそこそこ使えなくもないとは感じるが 
FFCよりエクスプローラの方が総じて速いってことはないな 
ちなみにオンボードのおまけネットワークチップ間で100MB/s越する環境 
ただこのおまけたちジャンボフレームONにすると逆にパフォーマンスが70MB/sくらいに落ちる…
