sound blaster Audigy 2 ZSをインストールした環境で、
ブートタイムデフラグ後の再起動にものすごく時間がかかるようになった。(30秒くらい)
本家でしらべたらこんな解決法があるらしい。

SoundBlaster Audio Drivers.
The Sound Blaster drivers HA20X2K.SYS and HAP162K.SYS
prevent PerfectDisk's boot time defrag from running.

Workaround:
PerfectDisk has the ability to block certain files from loading
during the boot time defrag pass only.
The block on the files are released after the boot time defrag completes.

Download and run BlockedFileList.exe.
This will add HA20X2K.SYS and HAP162K.SYS to the list of files
that PerfectDisk will block during the boot time defrag pass.
