■FAQ （直リンを防ぐためアドレスの http を ttp と表記しています。適宜変更してください）
Q1.デスクトップに x_dtrace_log などのファイルができるんだけど？
A1.バグだそうです。デスクトップ上のショートカットのプロパティで作業フォルダを
インストールしたフォルダに設定してください。1度コンソールを終了させた後この
ショートカットから再起動すれば削除できます。

Q2. 何処かに通信しようとするんだけど…
A2. 以下の2つのチェックボックスをオフにしてください
BitDefender Management Console（C:\Program Files\Softwin\BitDefender8\bdmcon.exe）
スタートアップまたはタスクトレイのアイコンからを起動し、General → settingの
「Receive security notifications」と「Send virus reports」というチェックボックス。
Automatic update も必要ない場合は、General → status の「Automatic update」も。

Q3. 常駐しないって聞いたのに何か常駐しているみたいなんだけど？
A3. BitDefender Free Edition は、常駐保護（監視）機能はありませんが
常駐するプロセス（プログラム）が存在します。
初期設定では、bdmcon.exe、bdss.exe、xcommsvr.exe の三つが常駐します。
最初の一つは設定で簡単に解除できますが、残りの二つは停止すると動作に支障が出ます。

Q4. ウイルス定義ファイルの手動更新ってどうやるの？
A4. 本家サイトからファイル（fURLﾘﾝｸ(ftp.bitdefender.com)）
をダウンロードして、C:\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\BitDefender Scan Server\Plugins\
へ上書きしてください。

Q5. 使用期限ってあるの？
A5. Free Edition v8 の使用期限はインストールしてから一年間です。
期限が過ぎると BitDefender Management Console
（C:\Program Files\Softwin\BitDefender Free Edition\bdmcon.exe）からの
更新はできなくなりますが、ウイルススキャンは継続して使用することができます。
ウイルス定義ファイルは手動で更新するか、bdc.exe を用いて行うことができます
もしくはwin.iniを開いて
そして[Internal]の項目にある"Install=**********"を削除すれば使用期限はリセットされます

Q6. Free版のライセンスがもらえるとか？
A6. BitDefender Technical Support(？)にメールで問い合わせるとFree版のライセンスが貰えます。
（英文が苦手な人は例文が下の方にあります。）
Free版には登録するところがないそうです。期限切れの後、一旦アンインストールし再度Free版8を
インストールすると、期限切れを知らせるウィンドウが出てこの状態で表示されるregistrationボタンを
押せばキー入力ダイヤログが出るそうです。
なお、複数のPCで使ってもいいらしいとかなんとか。

Q7. 常駐保護機能が無いなら常駐プロセスは停止したい。でもウイルススキャンしたい！
A7. コマンドライン版（C:\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\BitDefender Scan Server\
bdc.exe）を使う方法があります。これなら常駐プロセスを停止しても単体で動作します。
オプションなど詳しい操作方法は、bdc.exe /?（または /help）で表示されます。
bdc.exe /?（または /help） >bdchelp.txt とすればbdc.exeのあるフォルダにテキストで
出力されます。
コマンドライン版の導入方法は下にあります。
簡単に導入したい場合は>>2のBitDefender（コマンドライン版）を参照してください。

Q8. セーフモードでは使えない？
A8. セーフモードはスタートアップが処理されないので、動作に必要な bdss.exe、xcommsvr.exe
の二つが起動しておらず実行することができません。
手動でそれらを起動させるか（どうもできないようですが）、必要の無いコマンドライン版を使いましょう。

Q9. bdc.exe /update でウイルス定義ファイルを更新しようとしたんだけど上手く行かない。
A9. bdc.ini を開いて「UpdateHttpLocation = URLﾘﾝｸ(upgrade.bitdefender.com)」と
記述されているか確認してください。
Free Edition v8 の新規インストールだと「URLﾘﾝｸ(upgrade.bitdefender.com)」で終わっている
ことがあるようなので、その場合は「update71」を書き加えて保存しましょう。

Q10. デフォルトで設定されるコンテキストメニューを消したい！
A10.「ファイル名を指定して実行」で
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program files\Softwin\BitDefender Free Edition\bdshelxt.dll"
を実行してください。（違うフォルダにインストールした場合はパスをそれに変更すること）
登録しなおすときは、/u を付けないで実行してください。
もしくはレジストリエディタで次の場所に登録されているキーを直接削除してもいいです。
必要に応じてバックアップも忘れずにしてください。

Q11. ウイルス定義ファイルの更新に失敗します。サイトに繋がり難いようなんですが…
A11. 接続サイトのアドレスを変更して試してみて下さい。
BitDefender Management Console の場合は、Live! Update → Settings の
Update location settings にある URLﾘﾝｸ(upgrade.bitdefender.com)<)、URLﾘﾝｸ(upgrade2.bitdefender.com)<)
のいずれかに変更してください。
コマンドライン版（bdc.exe）の場合は、bdc.ini の

■コマンドライン版（bdc.exe）導入の手順
○初めに
導入のみならば>>2のBitDefender（コマンドライン版）を見ることをお勧めします。
以下は自力での導入またはカスタマイズのために記述してありますが、ある程度の(といっても初歩の)
知識を有していることを前提に一部省略してあります。
また、使用する環境によっては "$1" などの「"」を省いたり2重にしないとうまく動かないことも
ありますので試行錯誤してください。
○必要なファイルの取り出し
2通りあります。
1、通常通りインストールする。必要でないものをアンインストールしたい場合は
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\BitDefender Scan Serverフォルダを他にコピーしておく。
この方法ではレジストリにゴミが残るので、それがイヤな人は避けるか対策しましょう。
2、bdfree.msiを取り出してMSI2XMLを使って展開し必要なファイルを取り出す。
MSI2XMLはこちらから入手できます→ URLﾘﾝｸ(msi2xml.sourceforge.net)
bitdefender_free_v8.exe を解凍ツールで解凍して bdfree.msi を取り出します。
解凍ツールでうまくいかない場合は他の解凍ツールを試すか、DOS(コマンド)プロンプトで
「bitdefender_free_v8 /C /T:<抽出先のフォルダをフルパスで指定>」
を実行してください。取り出した bdfree.msi のあるフォルダに msi2xml.exe をコピーしてコマンドプロンプトまたは
DOSプロンプトでこのフォルダをカレントフォルダにした後
msi2xml -c bd bdfree.msi
を実行すると bdフォルダができます。そのフォルダ内の avxdisk.dll、avxs.dll、avxt.dll、bdc.exe、
bdc_en.ini、bdcore.dll、bdss.exe、bdupd.dll、libfn.dll の9つのファイルを残しておきます。
2の方法で取り出した場合は、bdc_en.ini を bdc.ini にリネームし、これら9つのファイルがあるフォルダに
Pluginsフォルダを作っておいてください。
(以下ではこのフォルダを C:\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\BitDefender Scan Server として説明します。)

○バッチファイルの作成
bdc.exeのあるフォルダでテキストファイルを作成し以下のような記述をし bdcscan.bat の名前で保存してください。

・Windows 9x/Me の場合

「start notepad.exe %TMP%～.log」の部分はスキャン後にログファイルを
表示させるためのものです。メモ帳以外で表示したい場合やログファイルを保存するフォルダを変えた
場合は変更してください。また表示させる必要がない場合は省略可能です。
プロンプトウィンドウで表示させたい場合は以下のように変更してください。

type %TMP%\bdcscan.log | more

○その他の準備

・Windows 9x/Me の場合のみ
bdcscan.bat のコンテキストメニューのプロパティを開き、プログラムタブで実行時の
ディレクトリを次のように指定します。
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\BitDefender Scan Server"
または
C:\Progra~1\Common~1\Softwin\BitDef~1
また、終了時にウィンドウを閉じるにチェックをいれます。

・Windows 2000/XP の場合のみ
コマンドプロンプトを起動すると終了してもconime.exeプロセスが残ってしまうので、
強制終了させるため pskillを同じフォルダに追加します。
pskill.exe の入手先はこちらです。
URLﾘﾝｸ(www.microsoft.com)
WinXP Pro に標準搭載された taskkill.exe や Win2000インストCDのsupportフォルダ
に含まれるkill.exe をインストールしても同様の事が可能です。
(Win2000のCDからXP Homeにkill.exeをインストールできます。)
その場合、最後の一行を
　taskkill.exe /f /im conime.exe もしくは kill.exe -f conime.exe
に変更して下さい。
なお、pskill.exe はその機能から一部のアンチウィルスソフトで「害の可能性のあるアプリケーション」
として検出されることがあります。悪用されないことを確認した上で除外設定にするか、
同機能の別ソフト(dKill.exeなど)を使用してください。

○コンテキストメニューへの追加
レジストリの下記の3ヶ所にキーを追加することにより、それぞれファイル、フォルダ、
ドライブに対してコンテキストメニュー（右クリックメニュー）が表示されるようになります。
追加内容は下のREGファイルの記述を参照してください。

　[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell]
　[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell] または [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell]
　[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell]

次の REGEDIT4 以下の行（空白行も含め）のテキストを bdcfile.reg などの
名称で作成して実行することで登録できます。
「ウイルススキャン」の部分がコンテキストメニューで表示されるメニュー名で、
好きな名称に変更可能です。省略した場合はキー名（BitDefender）が表示されます。
右クリック登録用のツールもありますので、それらを使うのも手です。

/promptとれば確認なしで隔離されると思う。

■コマンドライン版用FAQ

Q1. 複数のファイルを選択してスキャンするとウィンドウがたくさん表示されるのですが…
A1. それらのファイルが含まれるフォルダをスキャンしてください。どうしても1つのウィンドウで
複数のファイルをスキャンしたい場合は、スクリプトを書いてWSHを利用してください。

Q2. bdcscan.batの「 /prompt /move /moves」っておかしくない？
A2. こうしないとうまく移動されないらしいです。

Q3. コマンドライン版でv7.0 (build 2555)と表示されるのですが…
A3. それがFree_v8のコマンドライン版の最新バージョンです。

Q4. 日本語が文字化けしているのですが…
A4. 仕様です。スキャンはちゃんとできているので安心してください。

Q5. 関連付けのない拡張子のファイルをダブルクリックするとスキャンが始まってしまう…
A5. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellの既定値に「open」を入れれば、プログラムを探すウィンドウが
表示されます。決まったアプリで起動する場合は、shellの下にopenキーをつくりその下に
commandキーをつくって起動したいアプリのパスを入れてください。

■コマンドライン版用FAQ 追加

Q6. VistaでUACをONしてると何度アップデートかけてもループする。UCA切ればOKなんだけど…
A6. Vistaにはバーチャルストアという仕組みがあるので、インストール先の直下のPluginsフォルダを見ても
からっぽです。Program filesフォルダ内にアプリケーションがファイルを作ろうとすると、UACオンの時はOSが
自動的にバーチャルストアという別のフォルダに、ファイルなどを移動してしまうという仕様になっています。

Vistaでは「スタート」→「すべてのプログラム」→「アクセサリ」→「ファイル名を指定して実行」で
%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\Bitdefender Scan Server
と打つと、Pluginsフォルダがありますから、その中に最新のファイル郡が出来上がっていることが
確認できます。

アップデート用バッチでも、
type "%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\Bitdefender Scan Server\Plugins\update.txt"
と一行書いておくと、きちんとSigniture Number などが表示されます。

現在配布している簡易インストーラでは、OSがVistaの場合、自動的にこの行を書き込むようにしています。
しかしUACをオフにすると、逆にupdate.txtを見つけられなくなってエラーメッセージが出ます。この場合お手数ですが
type Plugins\update.txt

BitDefender Free 8をインストールして、proxy越しにアップデートしようとしたができんかった。
他のソフトではproxy越しにアップデートできてるので、設定にミスは無いと思うんだが。
アドバイスあったらお願いします。

「Use proxy」にチェック入れて
「Proxy sets」に「10.20.30.40:8080」とか打ち込むだけだろ

その後Bitdefenderをアンインストールしようとしたら、
「bdshelxt.dllを削除できません」って言われて、
アンインストールできません、涙が出ました。
