ファームウェアの適用は必要ないです。
そもそも、PURGEカウンターをリセットすることで、
廃インク吸収パッドの制限値をリセットできます。

クリーニングできませんエラーNo.46の対処法（邦訳）

廃インク吸収パッドの交換は、DIYにて施行してください。

- pull out the AC plug
コンセントをはずす

- put back the AC plug while holding down the 杜enu・button and keep holding it (15 sec)
１５秒後にメニューを押しながらコンセントを入れる、

- now you are entering the MAINTENANCE mode and 兎rror 46・pops up in the display
メンテナンスモードに入る

- select 8 by using the arrow buttons ,push OK and select 0 and push OK
８０と押す

- 00:00 00:01 OK (the display is showing this message)
「00:00 00:01 OK」と表示される

- now push the MONO button 25 times until you see PURGE: xxxxx
モノクロ　コピー　ボタンを　「PURGE: xxxxx」と表示されるまで押す　（約２５回くらい）

- Select 2, push ok, select 7,push ok,select 8,push ok, select 3,push ok
２７８３と押す

- the purge counter indicates now: purge: 00000
カウンターがリセットされる

- switch off the printer ,switch it on
（説明どおりにせず、）９９と押す　
メンテナンスモードが終了し、通常起動します。

- ready to print
印刷できます。
