Spotlight and TM both use the mds process. On occasion (just when and why is not clear), the two conflict. We were hoping this would be fixed in SL. Sigh.

First, exclude your TM drive from Spotlight, at least temporarily, via System Preferences > Spotlight > Privacy.
Then do a Repair Disk (not permissions) on it, and try again.

Spotlight検索の対象からTMディスクを外せっていうのじゃダメかな？
