ttf-bitstream-vera は入れてありました

_use_arch_libs="yes" でbuildし直して解決しました!
これらが追加でインストールされました
- lib32-qt (package found)
- lib32-mesa (package found)
- lib32-curl (package found)

キャッシュですがこれのことですよね
