英語は、読む、聞くは楽。書く、話すは難しい。

it's easy to read tecnical docs in english.
there is only just words on these kind of docs. you dont need massive vocabulary to read them, as compared with bisiness and law docs.

you can work on these docs only with basic knowledge of tecs and basic english.

って感じか。
この程度の英語力でも読むのには何の問題もない。
語学勉強したことの無い奴は、「読む聞く」と「話す書く」の壁がわからないんだよな。
