yumコマンドをすると、こんな感じのエラーがでて、先に進めないのです…

#yum -y install cat /tmp/pkglist.txt
Configuration file /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/allowdowngrade.conf not found
Unable to find configuration file for plugin allowdowngrade

Eg. $releasever is not a valid release or hasnt been released yet/
