ここでNTP話を続けるのもなんだが、 
ntp-a2nict.go.jp, ntp-a3.nict.go.jp: RFC1769, RFC2030 
ntp-b2.nict.go.jp, ntp-b2.nict.go.jp: RFC1119, RFC1305, RFC1769 
(nict.jpではなくnict.go.jp) 
準拠らしい。
