●二台目のノートPC(192.168.7.2としてます）でのコマンド結果 
 
[My02 ~]$ /sbin/ifconfig | grep -E '^\w|inet'

なお、 
/sbin/route -n の実施結果で abc.def.0.0 (Destination)は 
固定の数字で二台PCとも同じ数値でした。再起動してもずっと同じです。 
(これが何を指すのかは私はよく認識してません）
