カーネルディレクトリが分かったらwacom.oモジュールができる
カーネルが"no"だったら"--with-kernel"オプションで正しいディレクトリを指定して下さい
って書いてあった
ちなみに試しにソース落としてやってみたらwacom.oはyesになっててkernlのとこはこんな感じだった
kernel source - yes /lib/modules/2.6.24-16-generic/build
